Super disappointed ☹️. Came for our anniversary dinner. I got the Buffalo 🦬 ribeye. It was cooked well done (not what I asked for) and cold. One of the most expensive items on the menu I expected excellence. My spouse got Béarnaise sauce. It should be served fresh and warm. It was brought out frozen in a clump. Waiter “explained” you have to just let it melt for a bit. Tasted like it came from the back of an old fridge. This place will be out of business soon or fire the entire kitchen staff and try again.

The best New York steak I’ve ever had! The server who took care of our table was also really nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I have gluten sensitivity and she was very knowledgeable and helpful about which dishes I should take.

Great steak house and sides we also liked the apps drinks and desserts the staff kept our glasses full and the restaurant was super clean the have Dome seating on the patio and plenty of indoor seating all food came out fast and at the perfect temperature

First time visiting, service was great, we made reservations and we were received on time, friendly welcoming staff, we had Hilary as our server and she was amazing, so helpful and friendly! Gave great recommendations on dessert as well. I ordered surf and turf with asparagus and wild mushrooms and loved it. My husband had the bone-in cowboy steak with bacon jalapeño macaroni and he loved as well. We loved it.

We had such a great dining experience at The Butcher Chop House & Bar in Park City! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We tried the elk with mashed potatoes and garlic green beans, and it was cooked perfectly and so tender and full of flavor. We also had the New York steak paired with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and it did not disappoint. For an appetizer, we ordered the lobster nachos, and wow… those were incredible. So rich, cheesy, and loaded with flavor. The drinks were also so amazing! I don’t remember right off the bat which ones we had since we kept telling our waiter to just surprise us! Overall, the atmosphere, service, and food were all top notch. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re in Park City!
