There’s a reason Chesley Electric wins Park City’s Best Electrician year after year; they are simply the best, most professional and nicest group of electricians around. We have used their services for a few decades, and these facts remain unchanged. Every time we call them, from the smallest job to our entire kitchen remodel that needed a new panel added, they show up and get the job done right. First time, every time. This time we called Dennis, supervisor, extraordinaire, with a punchlist of things that needed their undivided attention. He sent over Ricky, who had three years of experience and already knew more than half the other companies, and was the nicest friendliest guy as well. He found the actual problem, worked diligently to track down and remedy that situation, replaced five cans in our ceiling, an outdoor outlet, repaired an outdoor light that was dangling by a wire, and added dimmers onto two switches, as well as installed a new sconce for us. All of this was done in a matter of hours, with steady and professional-level detail at every return. Even the screws on the outlets are all faced! That is the sign of a true professional, and Ricky said that was the first thing they taught him when he started with the company. I cannot begin to tell you how many electricians miss this one little detail that makes all the difference. What a great guy, and what a great company. I had a problem with a light switch the Chesley Electric repaired a couple years earlier. I called and they came out immediately to repair the problem. It turns out it was a problem from a previous electrical contractor. Two previous electricians could not troubleshoot and fix the problem but Dennis of Chesley Electric figured it out immediately and remedied the problem. Dennis was very efficient and quick... I would give him 10 Stars if I could... He deserves a raise.
Chesley was great to work with. Communication was excellent. They were easy to reach by phone or text and very flexible with scheduling when changes were needed. Ricky was outstanding. He helped us with a wide range of tasks, including fixing an Ethernet cable, setting up a Tesla charger, troubleshooting issues with our electrical box, and installing dimmer switches. He also offered helpful suggestions tailored to our specific electrical needs. He was extremely detail-oriented and careful to make sure everything was done correctly. We were very impressed with both his skill and his professionalism.
Sonia did an outstanding job. She communicated with me prior to the job, showed up in a timely manner, addressed all of the issues efficiently, and went above and beyond in all she did. Grateful for her help, and look forward to working with her and Chesley Electric again.
I wish there were 10 stars*** I can't say enough about how totally impressed I am with Chelsey Electric. They offer pristine service and excellent customer service! I left a message for service and received a response the same day! Brock, the electrician, arrived on time and was and made an immediate positive impact! My electric fireplace plug outlet burnt out and almost started a fire! Brock troubleshooted the fireplace outlet - replaced cord ends for fireplace; replaced receptacle; installed plug strip for GFCI protection to fireplace and lamp. Brock is your greatest asset! He goes beyond customer service. His kindness and positive demeanor is admirable. His skill in his workmanship is exceptional! I will highly recommend you!
