Bar tenders (Mike and Valentino) were a huge highlight. Personable, great recommendations and professional! I'm thankful to have gotten to spend a couple of hours with them! Scallop appetizer was phenomenal Lobster risotto was good - could have used a little more seasoning, but saffron flavor was strong ❤️

Ok so I'm a big steakhouse person and I LOVE steak! The atmosphere was top notch, the service was wonderful, and all of the food was really good. But the steak, it was the best steak I have had from a restaurant! Or at least tied for 1st. Both my wife and I at different steaks and they were both incredible! Definitely expensive but we went into expecting that. It's nice because it's bougie but also not uptight.

From the first sear to the last sip, Edge Steakhouse is an absolute masterclass in dining. The ambiance is sophisticated and electric, but the food is the real star—my ribeye was butter-tender and seasoned to perfection. We didn't have reservations but they were kind enough to add our name to waiting list. Waiting an hour but well worth. Service is one of a kind. They temporary bring students from other countries for staff. These kids are great. Their attitude is thankful and polite. 10 stars. The food is top notch. A place to visit but make reservations

Amazing food and service. They gave us taste testers between each meal. The manager was awesome and the 45 day dry aged steak was the best steak I’ve ever ate! This place is a must try.
