Horrible product guarantee. Spent 2600$ on a Bogner ski jacket worn twice tha has water stains all over. The manager was rude and would not stand behind her product even though I had he jacket less than 30 days!! Terrible. I recommend u shop your ski gear ANYWHERE ELSE

Gorsuch is hands down the best ski and mountain fashion retailer in the US and their PC outpost doesn’t disappoint although sadly no cafe like in Vail and Aspen. The best thing about them is the selection — the brands and lines within brands are very thoughtfully “curated”. They are squarely in the super premium segment so it’s not a place for bargains — they basically charge retail prices with few sale items. The point is to see, feel and try things versus getting them online. They also have a few exclusives which is fun. Service is professional and not intrusive.

We recently were skiing in Park city and rented gear from Gorsuch. We found the staff to be incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! Robert and Joel made ski renting playful and easy. These guys are hilarious. We love them. Richard and Belle.

I am a frequent shopper in Aspen, Vail, and Park City, at this store. NOT ANYMORE. In Park City 12/22/23 in the evening I came to garb a new pair of boats and helmet. Before I could even get to the boats. The manager refused to help in anyway with the helmet I found, Kask. He only had my size in 1 helemt that was scuffed bad on the back. I wanted it bad but he would not take $1 off the price $700 which was already WAY marked up. Terrible business practices to a 30 year old, new property owner here. Sad for the owner he has such a horrible manager to ruin their reputation. Good luck!

Great looking products that pulled me in the store, but don't expect to make a sale if you have 2 people at the front counter and I make it to the back of the store before being greeted by the (3rd, youngest) associate that I saw. Too bad, my girlfriend would have really loved to get that sleek ski jacket in the window for Christmas....
