We ordered an 8oz filet and it came so fatty that it was basically half fat. Which for a filet… we ordered it specifically because a filet is a lower fat steak. We also ordered the bison at medium well and it was more medium. We also ordered elk, and 3/4 of it was really good except for being a bit dry, but the last 1/4 was insanely fatty (at least I think it was fat) like you couldn’t cut through it. All of these issues would have been acceptable if the price was lower but for an average of $60 a plate, I expect better. Overall the food seemed low quality for the price we paid. Along with that our server didn’t check on us after we ordered our food till it was time for the check. Meaning there wasn’t much to do to fix our meal in the restaurant. He did offer to get a discount on our filet because it was that bad, but since it wasn’t his fault and we were all done, we decided to leave it. Not to be all negative the atmosphere was very country if thats what you’re into. Overall my family has decided not to come back in the future.

The steaks here are pure luxury… perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and served in generous portions. From the juicy ribeyes and prime cuts to the impressive tomahawk and other specialties, the quality is top-tier and the flavors are outstanding. We’ve never been disappointed!

Goodness was this delicious! I came here with my fiancé and his sister - my first time joining for their longstanding tradition when skiing in Park City. They mentioned that the food was good but nothing could have prepared me for the perfectly cooked prime rib that I enjoyed here. Combined with the red wine and simple baked potato side, I was reminded of how special it is to dine out. There is no way my cooking could come close to this! Happy to have been included this year and am already looking forward to the next time.
