I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but after my recent experience, I felt inclined to share how grateful I am for the care I received. From my ER visit through being admitted, every doctor, nurse, and staff member I encountered was truly amazing. As someone from out of state with pre-existing health conditions, it can be stressful and overwhelming needing medical care away from home. What stood out most to me was how listened to I felt throughout the entire process. The doctors took the time to hear my concerns, ask questions, and genuinely involve me in my care instead of brushing things off. That level of compassion and attentiveness means more than I can explain. The nurses were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive as well, always checking in and making sure I was comfortable. Thank you to the entire team at Heber Valley Hospital for providing such exceptional care and making a scary experience feel much less overwhelming.
Total hip replacement went very well! The hospital and staff were very attentive and friendly. One of the best hospitals ever! Calm and inviting without the busy hustle and bustle!
Our nurse Beila was phenomenal in labor and delivery. I felt very comforted and reassured in a stressful situation. She offered multiple techniques and advice and kept things calm. We also were impressed with Dr. Cook.
The ER and the hospital staff once I was moved to the floor were GREAT! The Tech’s and nurses were all so nice and helpful and very friendly. Dr. Adams was amazing and so thorough as was the rest of the surgical team! Kudos to you all~
What a wonderful experience. I started out having an ultra sound at 11:30 am. The tech wasn't very friendly and seems to be in a hurry to get me out of there. I wanted to ask her what she seen but was abruptly interrupted with your Dr. will get back with results for you. After I finished with my ultra sound we went to same day surgery to have my throat scoped. We were met by two beautiful angels. They greeted me so warmly and explained what would be transpiring. One brought me a warm blanket after I put on their hospital gown and wrapped me in the warmth. It was very comforting. Getting my vitals and filling out necessary paper work was enjoyable because they asked questions to me like I really mattered and not just another patient. I wish I would of gotten their names because you could tell they were there to help make your procedure a pleasant one. I really have a hard time giving blood. My veins don't cooperate and then they give out before they get blood out. The nurse was able to start my IV after only two pokes. She was also able to draw 8 vials of blood the lab needed for testing. My procedure went well and everyone was so nice and efficient. I really felt relaxed and in great hands. Dr. Holly Clark was so kind and explained things so I went away understanding the results of everything we had done. When we got home she called and visited with my husband about some medication that she needed me to start immediately. He went and got the medication and we started it immediately. Thank You to a wonderful Doctor and fantastic nurses we got through everything had some answers and felt really great about my visit.
