Dr. Heiden performed a shoulder replacement on my husband in February. He suffered severe nerve damage as a result that may be permanent. He still is unable to lift his arm 4.5 months post surgery. He performed a second procedure that was completely unnecessary and possibly caused more damage instead of referring him when he didn't know what was going on. Definitely do not recommend this provider.

We love Heiden Ortho. I’ve had one knee replacement and my wife had both knees done. The office and staff are extremely professional, supportive and helpful. Dr Heiden is the best in the region…I trust them completely.

I had a great experience at Hayden Orthodontics. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, organized, and genuinely welcoming. Karen was especially helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan

I have contemplated knee surgery for over a year and was not impressed with the doctors and their value of importance of the athletic lifestyle. Then someone recommended Dr Eric Heiden to me. I figured being a world-class athlete he must be a world-class surgeon as well. I was 100% correct. The whole experience was outstanding. Dr Heiden was attentive, thoughtful and realistic about my expectations. Everything was executed with precision. The best part was the feeling of not being processed as quickly as possible, which is rather common elsewhere. It has been four weeks after the surgery and I can already do most sports that I was able to do prior to and things are improving. Words cannot express gratitude. I will come back to Dr Heiden for any future knee and shoulder work. Thank you.

Dr. Karen Heiden and her staff are amazing! Dr Karen Heiden saw my daughter for a hand/finger issue and was so kind and thorough. The whole team was great — when they couldn’t get us in before the weekend, the front office had me send pictures first just to make sure nothing urgent was going on. We felt really cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend!
