I used to stay here quite frequently. No more. It genuinely used to be great. But, it is worn and not being well maintained. My room smelled bad, had broken and missing fixtures, tears in carpet and blown lightbulbs. Stains in hallway carpet. Broken entry door to building. Management genuinely seemed not to care even as I was telling them they were losing a frequent past customer.

No clue how this place is 4 stars. They're charged us 700 dollars a for two nights in motel conditions. Off season, by the way. The hidden fees doubled the price we pre-paid There's a glass sliding glass door to the bathroom, so zero privacy while you're doing your business, and the stupid door didn't slide properly and got stuck every time. My wife almost got trapped in the bathroom. The bathroom was falling apart, and the room had a weird smell that gave me a headache. The pool was also closed, which was something I was looking forward to. They wanted us to drive a mile to use a pool at another hotel Edit: turns out they double charged us for the resort fee, which went a long way to increasing the price. They did rectify this, which I appreciate, but I wish they had a system that would stop problems like this happening in the first place. Edit: I will also give them credit in hindsight, the room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good.

Top tier customer service. Dawn was able to help us through a stressful situation when our original hotel had a fire. She helped us with early check in and was more than understanding with our situation. Her kindness and hospitality made a terrible day one of the best stays we have had. We will definitely be returning! Great location located within close drive to downtown without the crowds.

I had an excellent experience during my stay. I would especially like to thank Johan from the Housekeeping team for his kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. He was always attentive and made sure everything was clean and in perfect condition. His outstanding service made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Johan!

The convenience to Canyons Village was the main reason we booked and it worked out well, 5 mins drive to the garage at the bottom of the Cabriolet. Just know that if you want to get to Mountain Village from Canyons Village you need to take the Quicksilver lift which can be susceptible to wind hold. We were fine driving for the convenience of coming and going when we liked but there’s also a free shuttle at the hotel running every 30 mins, just make sure you sign up ahead of time. The breakfast was pretty average, usually a protein, potato, fruit, yogurt, waffle/french toast sticks and various carbs (bread, donut holes, bagels, cereal). There’s also an early evening snack that gets put out right at 5pm, usually one small item like sliders, chicken tenders, tacos as well as a veggie plate. There’s a hot beverage station 24/7, it runs out occasionally but the staff are responsive to restocking when it’s brought to their attention. The room was good overall. You can hear the room above if you’re on the first floor, ski boots come through exceptionally well. Otherwise the water was hot and high pressure, blackout curtains, comfortable bed and a bathroom vanity that fit a lot of items.
