My wife had a crash on mountain bike and dislocated her shoulder. They were able to get her in pretty quickly and were knowledgeable and took good care of her. Hope you don't have to visit here.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜ But if you do they will take care of you.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I came in with a throat issue. I mentioned to the nurse and physician that I had a history of tonsil stones. The physician looked at my throat for less than 5 seconds. Ordered a step test which was negative, and sent me home. My tonsil was incredibly sore. I went home and was miserable for several days. During this time I removed over 10 tonsil stones. Iโ€™m pretty sure itโ€™s infected, the pain is still there. All Iโ€™m trying to do here is ask the healthcare professionals to listen to patients, take more time, donโ€™t assume itโ€™s routine. Our health is important, and we count on professionals to help us when we are in need.

I genuinely wish I could rate lower than one star. What a joke. Went into instacare with severe vertigo and the front desk staff treated me very poorly. I was too sick to give them all my information and had my fiance try to do it and they refused and were extremely rude. Took me back to the exam room and did absolutely nothing for me. I was describing my symptoms and the nurse/doctor, I dont even know who asked me one question and looked me dead in the eye and told me she couldn't help me. She insisted I needed a CT and a bunch of unnecessary tests and sent me to the emergency room and scaring. Their billing department is a joke, playing phone tag with me and never giving me an account number and not taking notes they said they were writing down. The my chart is confusing and I'm very unsatisfied. I would never go back there if my life depended on it.

Literally one of the few urgent cares I've been in, that all the staff from the moment you walk in is incredibly kind attentive and friendly. I've never had to come here for anything good , but all the providers MA's nurses and front desk staff are so helpful and friendly I always seem to forget I'm their for something awful.

The folks here are all very kind and efficient, from front desk staff to the MAs to the PAs. We made four visits here during our vacation in Park City. First, one of our sons came down with flu A, and then (inevitable in a single hotel room!), three others came down with it. They were so kind and competent, even recommending pharmacies based on information they'd gathered about who had Tamiflu in stock. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again if needed. We're grateful to have received such excellent care.
