I’ve usually had really positive experiences at J.Crew in Park City, and the staff is typically friendly and helpful. Especially an Asian gal that I usually just adore. Unfortunately, my visit on Sunday, May 17 around 5:30 PM was disappointing. I talked to a brunette employee with short hair about sizing, and she simply looked at me without responding or offering help. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. It felt dismissive and very out of character for this store, especially compared to the excellent service I’ve received from other employees there in the past. Don’t work in retail If you can’t acknowledge paying clients, I turned around and walked away and didn’t buy anything. Keep in mind nobody else was in the store beside another employee at the time.

The staff was a little too helpful. Every few minutes they asked if we were ready to get a fitting room. Once in the fitting room they asked if we wanted to try other sizes which was nice having them fetch them for us. Others of the staff seemed annoyed that we were pulling out clothes to look at, maybe they didn't want to fold it up after.

Unfortunately had a disappointing experience here. While I was shopping, the woman working (middle-aged/older woman with brown hair, a jean vest, and white jeans on) was very condescending and kept interrupting me while I was trying to look around. I felt rushed and like my presence was more of a bother than a valued customer. I typically have good experiences at j crew, but this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. Based on other reviews this seems to be a trend, what a bummer. I won’t be shopping here again.

They saved me when I was in a pinch! Got a formal blue shirt an occasion, and at a great price. The staff were very helpful with their fashion selection and even steamed my wool suit (which was not J Crew). Fantastic customer service, especially given that it’s a large retailer, as opposed to a local boutique.

Had an awful experience while shopping at this location today. A middle aged woman wearing a pink sweater (wish I had her name but this is all the info I have) was incredibly rude and condescending. I have high expectations for general customer service and this was an experience worth reviewing because of how poorly I felt about it. We were rung up by a kind woman that made our experience a lot more enjoyable.
