We stumbled into JW Bennet while looking for a distillery and met with Elizabeth. I cannot say enough about our experience with her. I was not intending to buy a hat but we had such a pleasant experience I ended up leaving with a hat that will be a lifetime piece.
This store …. All the heart eyes! It’s MAGNIFICENT! If you’re in to western style hats or even if you’re not - and you’re in the area of Park City - you MUST visit! I bought a hat I had been eyeing for months and it was a better experience than I imagined it would be! The atmosphere is relaxed and very comfortable- I had plenty of time while deciding and even had some fellow customers who I felt like became friends. Every one was over the top friendly and the hats were to die for! I’ll be back!
If you desire a feminine cowgirl look then you should consider JWBennett! Firstly, the showroom is in a beautiful, light-filled space on the second floor. The hats are displayed around a very inviting seating arrangement in the middle of the room. The showroom feels more like a living room making for a very formal yet playful experience. The hats are well made and come in lots of playful summer or sensual fall colors with many different and interesting hatbands! Hannah, our sales representative, was very friendly and knowledgeable! Love JW Bennett! Can’t say enough about the quality and craftsmanship of their hats, hat bands and accessories. I love that this is a women owned company, and the detail that goes into procuring their products. I ordered a summer hat over the phone with Elizabeth to add to my collection. She took pictures of many hat bands and shared them with me to help determine which band would work best with both my hats. It was a fun process! She took very good care of me and I absolutely love the choice we made! I always get complements when I wear my hats and I feel like a million bucks wearing them. I can’t wait to get back there when I am in town!
JW Jackson Hole is one of my favorite places! After acquiring wool hat last fall, I found myself making a little detour last week (6 hour drive) to find perfect summer hat…so delighted that I did! From the great staff and their wonderful suggestions, to an excellent product, JW is a must do! Can’t wait for fall—I’ll be back for sure!!
