I’ve had multiple knee surgeries and compete professionally in freeride skiing, so joint health isn’t optional for me — it’s everything. I decided to do PRP with Chad as part of my long-term plan to strengthen my knee rather than just manage symptoms. The process was straightforward, well explained, and handled with a level of professionalism that immediately built trust. Since the treatment, my knee has felt stronger under load, more supported on landings, and less reactive after heavy training days. I’ve been able to push this season with confidence, which is something I don’t take for granted after my injury history. What I appreciate most is that the focus wasn’t on a quick fix. It was about supporting my body’s ability to heal and perform at a high level. If you’re serious about longevity — whether you’re an athlete or just want your joints to last — this is absolutely worth considering. — Mikayla Willis

As a professional skier with a long history of knee injuries and multiple surgeries, I don’t take treatments lightly. My body is literally my career. I did PRP with Chad to support my knee going into this season, and the difference has been huge. My knee feels more stable, more resilient, and able to handle the kind of load that competitive freeride demands. I’ve been skiing hard, training hard, and pushing limits — and it’s held steady. What stood out most wasn’t just the procedure itself, but the care and intention behind it. Chad took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure the approach made sense for my goals as an athlete. I never felt rushed or like “just another patient.” PRP isn’t magic — you still have to do the work — but as part of a serious recovery and performance plan, it’s been a game changer for me. If you’re an athlete (or anyone) dealing with chronic joint issues and want a regenerative option that supports healing rather than masking pain, I highly recommend looking into it here. Grateful I did. — Mikayla Willis

This laser treatment is amazing at speeding up the healing process and reducing pain in joints and any swelling where this treatment makes sense. And Dr. Lundstrom and staff are wonderful at assessing whether this is the right modality for your injury.

Highly recommend a massage from Laura. She has helped me tremendously with chronic pain and muscle recovery. She has a thorough knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, and it’s evident that massage therapy is her calling

I went to Park City with my youngest son, his wife and 3 kids and my wife and differently abled stepson to snow ski for the first time in 20 years. Before I ever got on the slopes, I slipped on slick wood step and landed squarely on my behind. Being in my 70’s and a stubborn male I insisted on sking anyway. It was a tuff day lots of falls and significant pain in my back and hips. My friend mentioned Dr Lundstrom and managed to get an appointment. I went twice. I have used at least 5 different Chiropractors in my life and Dr Lundstrom is the BEST! His method of warming up the patient and using a machine to loosen up the muscles BEFORE making the adjustments was great. He was very personable, soft spoken and detailed in his explanation of the problems. I was able to comfortably ski the next day with my grandkids! We had blast! Thanks!!!
