It’s been nearly 2 years since we switched linen vendors, from the largest/oldest company (who’s prices went up every year for 5 years straight) to Model Linen, and we couldn’t be happier. The drivers stop wherever they please, violating every traffic law. This morning, the driver of unit 435302 wouldn't let me pull out; I politely asked him to move his vehicle, but he told me he had to finish unloading before he could budge. I found this extremely rude, as I needed to get to work. Please teach your drivers a little more common courtesy.

I recently rented linens from Model Linen for an event and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and the quality of the linens was top-notch. They truly elevated my event. I highly recommend them and will definitely be a returning customer!

The most horrible company to work with!! They have no integrity and are such chaos! Never bringing what you need, usually way too much to charge you extra and when you complain they do the opposite and don't bring you enough. They accuse you of having so called chipped items at your hotel when you literally have cleaned out all of their inventory to be rid of them. Then when they hold you to the minimum order they don't even bring it and abandon their bins on your property and try to send you to collections. Such scammers!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
