After visiting the PC store, we are officially Overland customers for life! John and Monika were the perfect amount of attentive and friendly. We felt welcomed immediately! My husband was a first time hat-buyer and they helped him decide on sizing, and reassured him that he wouldn’t need to wear it on the plane home which was his biggest concern (foldable and packable!). The store was immaculate, smelled amazing, and was so inviting. I would have stayed all night had it not been for the wedding I needed to get to!!

Kudos to John and the entire retail team at Overland Sheepskin Co. in Park City! Knowledgeable, great personalized advice, and simply incredible service in assisting us in putting cozy finishing touches on our little alpine place nestled there in the Utah mountains. I am a fan. I would recommend Overland Sheepskin to friends and family.

I visited this store on January 26th at about 4 PM in the afternoon. There was a man named John(that's what his name tag said) that told me he would be right with me after returning to other co-workers it seemed to continue some gossip. He acted as if he was too important to help me. I was there to buy a coat. After a few minutes of waiting I left the store and went to a different store on Main Street where I was glad to give someone else the sale and commission. I won't be returning to this store at least not in person.

Great experience at Overland. I bought a jacket and the whole process was smooth. Monika was especially helpful—knowledgeable, patient, and made the experience easy without being pushy. Really happy with both the service and the quality of the jacket. Would definitely recommend.
