Best option for yoga in PC--no matter your level of fitness! Athletic? They got you. Yin? They got you. Meditation, you get it. Love their hot classes, but also their non-heated options on their B-side. I'm particular partial to their Sound + Ground lately, which always leaves me refreshed and humming in the right vibe. Thanks for being here, PCYC!
I had the opportunity of taking a Trauma Informed Yoga training from the owner, Jenn, at PC Yoga Collective. Truly was transformational. Jenn takes yoga, its practice, and it's instruction seriously and is manifest in how she educates and leads with confidence and clarity. The training completely changed by perspective on how yoga can be taught and how to do so in a way that is safe, caring, and can deliver the maximum benefit for those in need. Would highly recommend to anyone attending for anyone looking to become a yoga teacher, to continue their education as a teacher, of if you are completely new to yoga, feel confident that you are coming to the right place regardless of your ability or experience. Instructors here care, are well trained, and are the real deal. Thank you, Jenn and PC Yoga Collective! Best yoga in Summit County and Park City.
I’ve been practicing yoga for decades, but I took my first hot yoga class here on Sunday because there wasn’t enough snow to ski — and I ended up loving it! The heat felt amazing, and the class had such an energizing flow. I also really appreciate how they provide everything you need — mats, towels, blocks, resistance bands, and even cool towels at the end of class. Plus, having a shower you can use afterward is such a nice bonus. I enjoyed it so much that I came back again the very next day. Highly recommend this studio!
Love PCYC… there is literally something for everyone. Practices from heated kick your ass to warm gentle flows. Variety of classes all day.., flows, sculpt, sunrise, perinatal, kundalini, meditation and sound baths… the list goes on! Not only can you practice at PCYC, they also offer top-notch teacher training for new YTT’s, those seeking deeper knowledge, or new modalities. Several trainings are open to all, fostering an incredible community. Booking classes is a breeze with MindBody, and pricing is easy. Grab an individual classes to try, or 10-class pack for $100 (yes, you can mix and match!). The studio is in Kimball Junction with plenty of parking and fun shops and restaurants nearby. And don't worry about gear - they've got mats and towels, all included. If you're looking for a yoga community with good vibes that'll support and challenge you, try PCYC.
PCYC is a sanctuary. A collective and a community. Jenn and Kelley run a studio where students are safe to be themselves. Classes are rigorous and instructors are so knowledgeable of anatomy and keeping bodies safe in their practice. I do not love yoga elsewhere and here it is a safe and challenging experience.
