Amazing crew. They're cyclists. They wear/use what they are offering. Advice is excellent. The stock of goods (quantity and variety) is ample. And, last and not least at all: it's Pearl Izumi.

I ordered 11 items from their online store, they shipped 4 of them within a few days, its been two weeks now and the remaining 7 items have not yet shipped. I've emailed and called, I only got one response which said they would ship the next day. That was 3 days ago. I like the gear I received but am disappointed in the order fulfillment and communication. a message on your site "preparing items to ship" is not good enough when it has been more than 2 weeks!

Pretty solid prices. Bike things are always expensive, but this wasnt too bad. The employee was very kind and helpful but not excessively doting. I'm glad I don't live near one of these because I'd definitely visit too much.

For an "outlet" i never find deals like I would expect. The clearance section was extremely expensive, we used to could find good deals, but that seems to be getting less and less. You can find the same items online for cheaper. Staff was very friendly, and helpful.

Great place to find cycling gear in the opposite season. I always buy my winter gear here in the spring when it is being closed out, and vice versa. Decent prices if you check in regularly for sales. Nice staff.
