The reason for the two stars is it all starts with the front desk. All the ladies at the reception are rude and no customer service skills (they definitely need retraining!!) no acknowledgment when walking up to them or at least a greeting. They are always on their phone and gossiping which is so unprofessional for the setting you are in. Just because this is a low cost clinic which is highly appreciated the customer service should still be at least up to par! Also good luck when calling they never seem to answer the phone, I always need to call at least 7 times to get a hold of them. Just like I said do better front desk. Besides that the doctors are pretty nice and knowledgeable.

I can’t say enough good things about People’s Health Clinic. They have taken wonderful care of my family. we’re so grateful for the support they’ve provided. The staff is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly friendly and compassionate. Every visit has been a positive experience. they truly make you feel seen and cared for. It’s clear they are passionate about what they do and go above and beyond to help their patients. Thank you to everyone at the clinic.

Patty has been someone I’ve trusted for over 15 years. Every time I see her, I feel a sense of security and reassurance, knowing that my needs will be met with compassion and expertise. Paty, Dalia, and everyone at the PHC are truly amazing, Doctor. Lubina is compassionate and truly cares about his patients. We are very grateful to the People’s Health Clinic. My grandmother had been through a difficult situation and health issues that she could not have faced without the support of everyone at the PHC. Once again Thank you, for everything you do for the community!
