Excellent food, helpful service (thanks Mallory), enjoyed sitting outside on the back deck. The Bison short rib was outstanding , top-notch cocktails. Great Main Street location, loved it.
At this point, we’ve been to almost all restaurants on Main Street and 99% of them are just eh. Purple Sage was incredible! Came here on a whim because most restaurants were closed for mud season and so glad we did. The charcuterie board with the sausage and cumin/green chili goat cheese was freaking phenomenal. Even the sliced crostinis (which are usually mouth shredders) were charred but soft and so flavorful. The sugar and chili cured duck wasn’t overly sweet like most restaurants prepare, thank you! I hate super sweet on top of duck, ruins the whole point of the meat. The SNAP PEAS were incredible, the Mac was ooey goey deliciousness. The charred asparagus UGH SO GOOD. Never have a I raved about restaurant vegetables before. We will be back, excited to try more. Thank you so much! Service was also incredible.
We had an excellent experience at Purple Sage. From start to finish, everything was outstanding. The appetizers were a highlight—especially the chicken tamale, which was packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. The pancake was also unique and delicious. For the main course, the meatloaf was exceptional—tender, and flavorful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. It’s also perfectly located right on Main Street, close to shops, making it ideal for a nice walk after dinner. Overall, a fantastic dining experience in Park City. Highly recommend!
Our server Alina was fantastic and set the tone for the night. Our meal came out quickly and was delicious. Will 100% be putting this spot on our rotation when we visit Park City.
Our dinner party almost didn’t land here and I’m so glad we did!! And extremely grateful the manager extended our res from 6 to 9. Our server Heather immediately sent the message that this was going to be a great meal. Service was more than matched by the food. I honestly set my expectations based on reviews… but I don’t know what some of these reviews are on about… these dishes were delish!! Highly reco pickles, fondue and meatloaf. But that steak!! Holy cow… share it around. Sooo rich! Great find and very happy they were so accommodating.
