Super nice and knowledgeable staff. You can tell that they take pride in what they do. The best service ever had for ski rentals, if you're coming to Park City make sure you use them, you will not regret it.
This is the place to go for all your ski and snowboard needs! I can’t say enough good things about Todd and his entire crew. They’re professional, super knowledgeable and just down to earth nice good people. I took my snowboard in for a tuneup and wax and it’s the best it’s ever looked! Thank you Todd for everything, will be a lifelong customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Locally owned and operated Silver Star Ski and Sport is the best. I have rented from them for 15+ years and not once was the owner Todd not in the shop. High quality equipment and services every time. Can wait for next year.
Five stars without hesitation for Silver Star Ski & Sport. We were first-time visitors to Utah, traveling with our kids and another family for a Park City/Canyons ski trip (arrived Dec 18, skied the 19–20), and this shop set the tone for the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the team was welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely cool—the kind of people who make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. They took the time to get everyone fitted perfectly, remembered our names (still impressed), and shared great local history along with tips on what to do both on and off the mountain. The service felt personal, unhurried, and thoughtful—something you don’t always get in busy ski towns. Snow conditions weren’t ideal this season but the four boys (ages 10-13) skied a ton, adapted, laughed through it, and had an absolute blast exploring a new place—which made the trip a win in our book. The location couldn’t be more convenient, the gear was solid, and the shop itself has great style—we ended up grabbing both winter hats and flat-brim hats because, honestly, how could you not?!?! If you’re visiting Park City—especially for the first time—and want a ski shop with top-tier service, local knowledge, and a great vibe, this is the place!
Amazing shop!! Todd and his excellent staff took care of my family and couldn't have made things any easier! Can't wait to get back out west again!
