Unimpressed and hope I don’t get sick. DO NOT GO. High prices for a bad product. We had sushi rolls that fall apart, sashimi that was cut with a dull knife, employees that knew nothing of the product. Sashimi tasted bland and was not very cold. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. When we left no one even said goodbye and there were three people at the front. Embarrassing for a business.
One of the worst Ramen I’ve had. Noodles overcooked, soup lukewarm & bland, bok & bean sprouts seemed raw (should be blanched). Chashu was the only component that was fine. Now with the sushi as we watched both sushi chefs stuffing their face with the same gloved hands they made our chirashi bowl with. The rice seemed very old and not definitely not quality rice. It was very expensive and they couldn’t put maguro on it. Service was very minimum. Just watched the servers just talk to each other the entire time.
Super cute interior with a cozy, inviting vibe that makes it a nice place to sit and relax. The menu had a good variety and the food was good. While nothing really stood out as exceptional, everything we tried was solid. Service was friendly, but a little slow. The atmosphere was definitely a highlight. A great spot if you’re looking for good sushi in a charming setting.
As I sit here full of amazing sushi and appetizers it was an over all great experience. As a single guy looking to sit at the bar and enjoy some dinner after a long day of riding, I felt like I was treated like family. From the Chef, Mike who prepared everything to a T. To some brief conversation with Don the manager. The atmosphere, customer service, and food were all amazing. Had the Spicy Edemame, Miso Soup, Nigiri Combo (Chefs Choice), Uni and Maguro Nigiri, and a fresh cut orange for desert. Everything was amazing, fresh, and tasted as it should. Definitely recommend checking out.
What a yummy treat here! Must try if you are passing by Park City. Customer service is fantastic as well!
