This store is amazing and they have the best customer service!!! With covid they have been very awesome at limiting space and making things clean and safe for everyone. Regarding them kicking people out I have never experienced this and also these retail workers are under a lot of pressure to be out by certain time frames in order to keep their business up and running and if customers want to shop past closing time they should plan shopping earlier vs late at night. Appreciate everyone especially retail workers its not their fault for your last minute shopping.

I found it very interesting that durning holiday shopping the girl at the door tried to not let us in because it was 10 minutes to close... We entered and a few minutes later a girl went around the entire store (which had a decent amount of people) telling everyone they needed to go to the register because they were closing. That was probably over a thousand dollars in sales lost if not more and they kicked everyone out. I have worked retail management for years and if that was my staff I would be furious. If it was 20 min after close I would be more understanding but they were forcing everyone to the register at 6:58, when they close at 7. Really unprofessional and flat out stupid for holiday shopping.

Awful service by their store manager Brook. Store was not organized. Price tag and discount said something, but the final price was different. When we questioned the reason why the store manager (Brook) YELLED “you can either take it or leave it here”. What kind of service is that from a Tommy Hilfiger store? Of course we left the store and did not purchase anything! Be aware of the manager called BROOK. She might yell at you if you are a customer! If you don’t want that to happen, please don’t question their prices if you find something fishy!

My family and I went to Tommy Hilfiger to buy a few shirts. We chose some shirts from rack that had a 50% off sign on it. When we went to the register we had a few issues. First some shirts rang up as $35 and others $15 and some $24 dollars. The shirts had all the same original prices and they should have the same discount. Their response was the main issue here : "You don't have to buy it, you can leave that hear" , "you are lucky to get some shirts at cheaper prices" and so on. At my work, I would get into big trouble if I responded to clients the way they did to me and my family. I'm disappointed and won't be going there anytime soon.

This place is so awful. Talk about complete trash! Not even a decent shirt in sight. It’s like walking through the landfill on a bad day.
