Micheal and Matthew saved the day. I broke a ski break and my ski boot would not buckle in. They were able to find a break off of an old ski. Had me going in under 10 minutes. Absolutely amazing .

This was our first time skiing as a family, and True North at Pendry in Park City made the experience so easy and enjoyable. We were traveling with a big group, but the staff handled everything smoothly and made us feel completely taken care of. They were incredibly kind and attentive — helping size all of our gear, answering questions, and even assisting my daughter with putting on her ski boots, which meant a lot as beginners. The whole process was quick, organized, and stress free!! They also went above and beyond by helping us find our lift tickets on our Epic Pass so we could get on the mountain without any issues. Overall, such a positive experience and amazing service. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend True North, especially for families and first-time skiers.
Amazing spot for rentals!! We rented demo snowboards and were fitted by Michael, who was super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we had an issue with one of the boards and had to return to the shop. The team assured us this had never happened before—which I believe, given the level of care they showed. They were incredibly attentive, made sure we were safe, fixed the issue quickly, and even refunded us for the day. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and provided outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this shop for rentals!
