Micheal and Matthew saved the day. I broke a ski break and my ski boot would not buckle in. They were able to find a break off of an old ski. Had me going in under 10 minutes. Absolutely amazing .

This was our first time skiing as a family, and True North at Pendry in Park City made the experience so easy and enjoyable. We were traveling with a big group, but the staff handled everything smoothly and made us feel completely taken care of. They were incredibly kind and attentive — helping size all of our gear, answering questions, and even assisting my daughter with putting on her ski boots, which meant a lot as beginners. The whole process was quick, organized, and stress free!! They also went above and beyond by helping us find our lift tickets on our Epic Pass so we could get on the mountain without any issues. Overall, such a positive experience and amazing service. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend True North, especially for families and first-time skiers.

Christian rocks! This is the first person that has ever cared how my rental boots fit. He was willing to find any solution to ensure the boots fit well and comfortably. Absolutely would not go anywhere else for rentals. This is the place to go and ask for Christian!

Been in here a few times. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable even about the local shops and restaurants. A sharp contrast to Jasmine who was very rude to us and the other employees within seconds. She is not interested in answering questions and has a nasty attitude. It was a shock to learn she is one of the managers. I hope they find someone who treats them better.
