What a great place! There are plenty of colors to choose from, and it’s a very comfortable atmosphere while they shape your custom-fit hat. It’s honestly the best-fitting and best-shaped hat I’ve ever had. My wife’s hat was exactly what she wanted, and the fit was amazing. The young lady who helped her took her over to the design table so she could customize her headband and choose the colors to her liking. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for a Saturday afternoon. We’ll definitely be back!

I couldn’t be more impressed with Warbonnet Hats. The quality of their hats is top-notch—you can tell right away they take pride in their craftsmanship. Everything from the materials to the fit and finish is done right. Customer service was just as good as the product. They were easy to work with, answered all my questions, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. It’s not often you find a company that delivers both high-quality products and a great experience, but they nailed it. I LOVE Warbonnet. They make an exceptionally high quality hat, have the best staff, and accommodate to any crazy idea or request I’ve had. They make it easy to shop while on the road at events, and their flagship store just off Park City Main Street is my favorite to visit- easy to access given its out of the madness of main & they take the time to make the experience customized & interactive. I am a western stylist & this is the one and only hat brand I’ll wear, or recommend to my clients!

I’ve had an amazing experience with Warbonnet Hats! The craftsmanship is really impressive. Everything feels high quality, durable, and thoughtfully made. The fit and finish stand out compared to other western hat brands I’ve tried! What I appreciate most is how custom and personal the process feels. You can tell they put real care into shaping and styling each hat, and the end result is something that actually feels unique to you. Overall, solid quality, great attention to detail, and a brand that clearly knows what they’re doing! Such a great experience getting fitted and picking out my new cowboy hat! The process went smoothly and it was quick! The selections were better than what I saw in downtown Park City and my hat turned out gorgeous. Highly recommend going to Warbonnet if you are interested in getting a custom hat made!
