I purchased a pair of earrings from Woodbury a few years ago and I misplaced them.. They matched a necklace that I purchased somewhere else many years ago. I called them on the off chance they might have a similar pair of earrings and they did. What is remarkable and worth mentioning is that Deann who answered my phone call brought the earrings to a mutually agreed upon location to deliver them as they were closing soon and I was leaving early the next day.. I have purchased other pieces here and I will continue to do so That is customer service!!!!!!! THANK YOU
I’ve been a client of Woodbury Jewelers in Park City for several years, and every experience has been exceptional—but this most recent one deserves special recognition. Segan, the owner, is one of those rare people who combines extraordinary craftsmanship with genuine kindness and care. Whether a project is large or small, he treats it as if it’s the most important piece on his bench. That level of attention is rare—and it shows in the final result. Over the years, my wife has had several custom pieces created here—each one completely unique, beautifully executed, and absolutely spectacular. Most recently, I asked Segan to create something deeply personal: a bracelet to honor my Camino de Santiago journey and the lasting friendship I formed with two incredible fellow pilgrims along the way. I asked for three identical pieces, and this was 100% custom from start to finish. While this may have been a relatively small project compared to some of the remarkable work Segan produces, he approached it with total focus and care. What he delivered exceeded every expectation. The bracelets are elegant, meaningful, and beautifully made—more than jewelry, they are symbols of connection and shared experience. (I’ve included a photo because they truly speak for themselves.) Woodbury Jewelers isn’t just a place to buy jewelry—it’s a place where stories are listened to, respected, and transformed into something lasting. This is a very late review but I got my engagement ring here over six years ago. A pink spinel ring. After I saw this beautiful ring, my husband went back the next day to buy it before anyone else could buy it. I love this ring. It’s so unique and I know no one would have the same ring. I forgot the name of the maker of this ring but thank you!

My bestie and I had such a wonderful time in your store trying on jewelry, it was so much fun! It's such a shame that jewelry stores generally seem too snooty for people to walk in and browse like they do in clothing stores, but not your jewelry store. My friend, who never buys jewelry even bought a piece because she felt so comfortable in your store. She wears it everyday and absolutely gushes about how special her necklace makes her feel. I have to admit it was hard to decide on the pieces that I wanted to go home with, there were so many that caught my eye. The sparkle & the quality of the gems are at the highest level, & the range of elegant pieces to chunky styles was exciting to ogle at & try on too. I wear the rose gold polar bear pendant with diamonds so often, it's my go-to daily piece and the drop diamond earrings are my go-to for date night. Thanks for being flexible with customizing some of the pieces, I was happily surprised about your openness to do so. Thanks also for working with my husband over email to buy me some surprise bling after the fact.
