You almost forget you are in Utah. Many stores do close as early as 5pm. Small shops, art studios and restaurants is what you will find here. Shops are unique shops, not chain shops. Restaurants are unique, some a little more upscale, not going to find chain restaurants here. It is perfect for a date night. Also perfect for trourists to walk and sight see.

Nice walking around and great shopping, entertainment and food options, make sure you park adequately ( it’s difficult to find parking available).
We had a great time visiting museums and shops, the trying a little of the cuisine. Great get away.
Main Street Park City is unashamedly a tourist trap, but it is fun. There are lots of places to eat and drink. Clothing shops abound. There are tourist shops where you can buy a t-shirt, and art galleries with art that costs more than my house. The entire street east of main street is full of parking structures and when I was there they were free. Don't park on Main Street, use the parking structures.
