I have really bad knees that I destroyed skiing in the powder a few days ago. Melissa performed a 90 minute massage yesterday with a heavy focus on my knees and legs. Great results, I can actually walk today. I will definately go back!

I've lived here in PC for 15+ years and I don't know how I didn't know about Now & Zen until now. Fantastic outcall service at my place with a very experienced therapist who worked on exactly what I asked her to address. Five stars!

I have been a loyal client of Now & Zen Massage in Park City, Utah, for almost nine years, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this incredible establishment. I booked a massage and Melissa never showed up. I waited 20 minutes and called twice w no answer. Had planned the whole day around the massage. Complete waste of time. Awful customer service. I just read the other reviews (which I should’ve done before booking). Several others had the same. experience. Now & Zen clearly had no respect for clients.

If I could give 20 stars I would!! I wanted to treat my family to massages to end our skiing trip in Park City. Melissa was quick to respond, very friendly and was able to get us in for massages on relatively short notice. That in and of itself is quite a feat these days. The cherry on top was that our massage therapists David and Kathleen were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! AH-MA-ZING! I'm a retired therapist and extremely picky when it comes to massage and David knocked it out of the park. His technique is beautiful and pressure was just right, checking in periodically but not in a bothersome way. He was excellent at draping and ensuring a high level of comfort/security. It was THE BEST massage I've ever had, and I've had too many to count so that is saying a lot. My husband also came out feeling extremely relaxed and said he too had the best massage he'd ever had. I did not have Kathleen myself but my kids did and they RAVED about her and the massage she gave as well. They both said that she also checked in to ensure pressure was good and the proper draping helped them feel secure. It was my daughter's first massage ever and she's hooked! The salon is quiet and lovely, and importantly, you don't get shorted on your massage time like at so many other places. This was the perfect ending to a fantastic trip for my family, I'm so glad I chose to contact Melissa. Thank you all for your service...now if only I lived in PC...I'd be a regular!!
