I was reminded recently of something I said to a group of people about life in the Wasatch Back. I did not move here to be stressed out as much as I am. So we need to manage that situation. A Detox + De-stress day at Pure Sweat + Float Studio might just be the fix. Siobhan was an excellent aide in giving me all the guidance and tips I needed to thoroughly appreciate and enjoy a couple of hours of self-care on a Saturday. The Infra-red Sauna was clean, well equipped with amenities, and fully adjustable to my preferences. The Float was better than a previous “Sensory Pod” experience I had at a similar facility. The in-room shower, music and lighting were all perfectly adjustable as well. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Tried something new with my daughter after a long day on the slopes—float therapy + a red light sauna session—and honestly, we’re hooked. ❄️➡️✨ After skiing, our legs were DONE. The float was such a cool experience— both relaxing and a little mind-reset at the same time. It felt like hitting a reset button for sore muscles and busy brains. Then we moved to the red light sauna. Super soothing, not too intense, and we both walked out feeling loose, calm, and way less achy. It ended up being the best little mother-daughter recovery ritual—equal parts wellness and quality time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different to recover and recharge after skiing (or honestly, just life in general)

We absolutely loved our float experience. The space is divine and serene. I was really amazed at the pod for floating, it was much larger than I expected and appreciated that would could control the lighting and volume of the music we chose. The amenities they offer for your time is top notch and of course it is a delight to support a local business. We look forward to going again! Thank you ladies for taking such good care of us.

My husband & I did the 60-min float after a week of skiing & hiking - what a wonderful experience with owner Stacey and Ashlee! Not only do we both feel well rested & no longer sore, we had a great chat with Stacey and the place is gorgeous & clean with adorable, helpful, post-float amenities. Being able to shower & dry your hair & apply wonderful products is just the cherry on top!

The float experience at Pure Sweat + Float Studio was incredible! My lifelong best friend and I had our very first float ever, and it left us feeling so relaxed. We had a spa-like experience, and enjoyed the time together. Definitely not my last float in your incredible studio. Thank you for over the top customer experience!
