Loved this place, the birria tacos and flautas were incredible. The salsas that came with everything were phenomenal too. Service was great. Our waiter Timo was quick and attentive. Definitely going to eat here next time we are in PC!
TIMO is the BEST!!! So kind and gracious even when we wanted to modify our order a tad bit. If you go ASK FOR TIMO he’s the BEST!! My wife said he had a very nice smile which bothered me at first but now I realize I can’t be mad at the truth. He had a damn good smile. You could tell he really loved his job of giving us such an amazing experience. TIMO MY BOY!!!!! Food was good and atmosphere was good but TIM WAS THE GOAT!!!! TIMO if you read this know we love you. My wife loves you. And our unborn children WILL know your name.
Great spot to grab a bite and drinks in and out of the season! They are one of the few places that stays open year round and it’s an awesome location in the village at the resort. It has a cool coastal Hispanic vibe that is matched with solid food.
Being from California, Mexican food choices are plentiful; so we know good quality. I thought the food at Baja Cantina was authentic, delicious, and generously portioned for the price. The service was absolutely fantastic and the atmosphere was warm and homey. I don’t do a lot of reviews but I definitely recommend this place for a family dinner and right in the village.
We had a fantastic experience at this Mexican restaurant and were truly impressed. The entire place is beautifully decorated and delivers exactly what it promises – authentic Mexican atmosphere with great attention to detail. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the first moment. The food was simply amazing – an absolute highlight and full of flavor. The nachos, guacamole, and salsa were fresh and delicious, and everything we ordered was outstanding. The margaritas were excellent as well: great taste, generous portions, and definitely worth the money. Considering the current overall rating of 3.8, I can honestly say that our visit didn’t reflect that at all. For us, it was a clear recommendation. If you’re in the area, you should definitely go – they are doing a great job here. Highly recommended!
