OUR MOST UNFORTUNATE AND DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE The ultimate purpose of the below feedback is not meant to hurt the business, but rather to share the honest first-hand customer experience with other potential customers who might be considering staying at this place. Some breakdown of the details below… My wife and I have booked a night at this motel which should have been part of an exciting road trip in the area in the first week of Sep’26. Unfortunately, I was severely injured right before the arrival and we had to cancel our entire trip all together. We had multiple bookings in different locations all along our road trip (hotels, etc.) in Utah and this was the only motel which refused to proceed with a free cancellation, given the circumstances, which wasn’t nice but definitely their right to do. Eventually, despite it was a suboptimal return-back-home route for us, we decided to still stop in this motel since we already paid for it and my wife informed the customer service that we’ll be coming in late, but it seems the staff made an incorrect assumption that we wouldn’t arrive (no formal cancellation request was submitted), as they haven’t provided us with any instructions in advance on how to enter the room after hours, nor no one was expecting us at the desk upon arrival (at ~11pm), as it seems this business doesn’t serve guests after 10pm. Around 5-10min later, someone came and my wife was attempting to check in with that person while I was still waiting in the car. After another 5-10min, despite being barely mobile and in acute pain, I had to walk in to check upon the progress and, also, constructively expressed my overall dissatisfaction with this situation and, mentioned that their approach to business is not client-oriented, to which the staff member reacted utmost unprofessionally, by accusing me acting rude and declaring that they have the right to refuse to provide the service and wished us good luck in finding a more expensive place in the middle of the night, while clearly seeing my severe medical conditions. Needless to say how shocked we were to hear that. Immediately after, they quickly issued us a full refund, so that we couldn’t leave a feedback, but we still reported this incident of an utmost unprofessional business practice to booking platform and also shared these details here. Very sad story…. 😕

Don’t let the negativity’s reviews scare you away. This place is seriously THE BEST. Our waitress was incredible and so kind. I ordered the Quattro Formagi and it was no joke, the best pasta I’ve ever had. I made our table try it and they all agreed that was the best thing brought out. We will definitely be back.

Buona Vita is a hidden gem for authentic Italian cuisine. The homemade ravioli dishes were rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the mussels in the creamy white wine sauce were outstanding. Every dish tasted fresh, the service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was inviting. A wonderful spot for anyone craving authentic Italian food. We’ll definitely be back!

This place was genuinely terrible. I don’t understand how it had any good reviews. We got their “special garlic bread” and it was literally just a burn loaf of bread. We also got their calamari, which for the price you’d assume would be a decent amount, but there was maybe 10 pieces that were nearly impossible to chew. I got the bolognese as my main and I don’t understand how it’s possible to be that bad. I ate maybe four bites. Avoid at all costs.

Decent food, friendly service, and a cool atmosphere—but it is expensive. We were staying about 15 minutes away and ended up here after another Italian restaurant was fully booked. Overall, it was a good experience. My pizza was mediocre and not something I’d recommend, hence the 3 stars. But the pasta was solid and the steak was phenomenal. The appetizers were great as well, and the staff was welcoming. My only real complaint is the comically small plates for appetizers, salad, and bread—I could probably hold more food in my flat hand. Trying to take a little of everything we shared had my plate overflowing immediately. Pricey, but still an enjoyable dining experience overall.
