The place itself and location were great. Trying to just get an answer back about adding on an extra night through Vrbo was a nightmare. So much run around time saying they couldn't do it, but the number they gave for my contact saying they couldn't do it either. Ended up going straight through the resort itself who very nicely waived a bunch of extra fees to make it even since they couldn't get an answer back from vrbo either.

It was a very easy quick check in, the room was exactly what I needed, it was perfect for me and my four kids, plenty of sleeping room with the two bunks the queen sized Murphy and queen in the bedroom. Kitchen was fully equipped with all the dishes anyone would need to cook homemade meals. My only complaint was the televisions, I’m very good with using technology but they were very difficult to navigate, you couldn’t add any apps to the so called smart tv, it came with YouTube,tubi, a couple others but no Netflix or prime hbo, Apple. It had basic cable, but a better working smart tv situation would have been ideal. But other than that the place was great

Popped in for a quick 2 night stay. Nice place, nice staff, clean, great amenities and outdoor common areas are awesome to gather with family and friends!

This place sucks. It is a very narrow rectangular room with no room. You pretty much have to put the murphy bed up just to sit down unless you want to sit on the bed. No room for ski gear and bags that you have to walk around all the time. there is very little lighting options such as you have to turn the whole room lights on which is by the door to see around the room in the dark. Not convenient at all. In all the room is not comfortable or convenient for whatever European vibe they are attempting to achieve, it just sucks. The price is luxury level yet I have had Motel 6 with better space.

Cute little studio. Its small. Probably too small for more than two people But brand new and clean. Had everything we needed Only criticism is it’s not as close to the lifts as we hoped. You had to walk up a long set of stairs and then over. Westgate / pendry / sundial are considerably closer. This is the next level down the mountain. But still not far.
