Dos Olas, meaning "two waves," is a nod to the waves that keep us inspired on the mountain and in the sea. That sense of playful inspiration, creativity and variety fuel every facet of the overall Dos Olas experience. Executive Chef Carlos Segura has crafted a robust menu of signature items including barbacoa nachos, tinga del pollo tacos, and cauliflower con mole alongside fresh ceviche, creative salads, family-style shareables, cantina-inspired snacks, and a selection of traditional desserts such as churro sandwiches, tres leches and flan. All accompanied by a wide variety of inventive margaritas, tequilas, mezcals and Mexican beers. Chef Segura's menu reflects his roots in Mexico City, and his most recent role as Executive Chef at the Garza Blanca Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico. Chef Segura explains, "We are thrilled to open our doors to the Park City community and offer our own unique version of authentic Mexican cuisine." Featuring bold, nature-inspired mural art from Mexican artist Pilar Cárdenas, Dos Olas Cantina interiors are inspired by the bright colors and vibrant textures rooted in Mexican culture and tradition. You guys! This place has vegan and gluten free taco shells for taco salads. Since I have been gluten free 13 years I have never once had a restaurant have gluten free taco shells for the large taco salads. They acted like it was no big deal too! And accommodated vegan like it was a regular occurrence and no issue. The waiter and manger and most of the staff were hot people who get it. Thanks for being so cool. Ifkyk
Dos Olas in Park City is a great spot and definitely worth a visit. The carne asada fajitas were absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. The horchata was refreshing and flavorful, and the churros for dessert were the perfect way to end the meal. The atmosphere is lively and the place fills up quickly, so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. Compared to many other restaurants in Park City, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and experience. Overall, a great dining experience—I’ll definitely be coming back
BEWARE! On line menu does not reflect real menu. Thought I was going for three tacos with rice and Beans, but SUPRISE you have to pay extra $8 for a bowl of rice and beans that was sitting under a heat lamp. Kinda lame really at least the other entrees come with the delicious corn salad. I only gave the food a one star because I feel deceived, but it is really good. You should update
Service and atmosphere were great! They have a decent selection of merchandise you can buy, such as shirts, hats, etc. The House Margaritas were so good, too! Hoping to try the food next time.
Excellent Mexican spot right off the mountain in Park City. A little pricey, but not unexpected given that it's steps away from the lift and in a beautiful area. The queso was good, but the salsas were excellent. I had the shrimp tacos which were a little small but I had some of my son's chicken fajitas which were good & large in portion size. The churro for dessert was pretty good, but definitely enhanced by the chocolate sauce.
