We love this place. One of my kids loves the Margherita pizza, because it uses sliced mozzarella instead of cheese pizza that is smothered with cheese. My child prefers less cheese and more veggies, sauce and pizza dough, so she loves Estes' Margherita pizza.

We have eaten at Este Pizza a handful of times over the past few visits to Park City. Primarily we come because we can bike over and sit outside on the spacious patio. This last visit we had some chicken wings and pizza. The food is good and the patio is nice.

I’ve been going to Este since the original Sugar House location (before the move to what’s now the Tap Room, and even before that), so I know how good it can be. Stopped at the Park City location on a Sunday afternoon, about 2 1/2 hours before close, and ordered a slice. The ingredients were solid—pepperoni, garlic, hot honey—and the crust itself had potential. But the execution completely missed. The slice was served with a soft, mushy undercarriage and cheese that had that telltale under-reheated/microwaved texture. It didn’t eat like properly revived NY-style pizza at all. I get that a slice won’t match a fresh pie, but this also wasn’t late night or picked-over. For Este, the reheat should be much better. Disappointing, especially given how good this place used to be.

I’m not usually one to leave a one star review but in an effort to save someone else from making the same mistake I needed to say something. From what I’ve gathered they’ve exchanged 5 star reviews for an order of garlic knots. Even the garlic knots deserve a one star review. I have to imagine that’s the only reason for their incredibly misleading 4.4 stars. Save yourself some time and money and skip this place. The lasagna noodles were hard and uncooked, the Caesar dressing tasted nothing like a normal dressing (more like Big Mac sauce with vinegar) and the pizza was soggy. We are typically the type to bring home leftovers but there was no chance we were going to eat them so we left them there.

The place to go for Vegan pizza in Park City! They offer plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, more than most places. They even offer a gluten free crust option. The pizza was delicious! We also had vegan Buffalo chicken wings with vegan ranch. They were not the most attractive looking, but they tasted fantastic! We enjoyed the vegan garlic knots with marinara dipping sauce. A very hip vibe with art and paintings, cool music, and they serve your food on old vintage miss-matched plates like your grandma had in her house. The only problem is they don't have a pizzeria near me! I will go again next time I visit.
