fantastic. pricey but absolutely worth it. we had the duck, bavette, and black cod and i couldn’t tell you which one was best. baxter was our server and he has a vast knowledge of wine - request him and just order what he suggests. this was a great experience
This is an incredible culinary trip to take right on Main Street in PC. Alex our waiter took time and patiently answered our questions and made recommendations. He was incredible! The rest of the staff was attentive and prompt. We elected to go with the 1,2, and 3 course options. We tried the Yellowtail Carpaccio and I was blown away immediately by the incredibly masterful combination of textures and flavors that this dish provided! Possibly one of the most flavorful dishes I have ever eaten. Light and bold at the same time! The pork belly was also amazing, crispy finished and moist. Amazing flavor! The beet salad was the way to go! Amazing combination for the second dish. Our main course was the Wagyu and it came as a slice of perfection. Incredibly moist and delicate yet the outer crust was crisp and flavorful. From start to finish we were absolutely amazed by the quality, flavor and presentation. Can’t wait to go back.
We came here for dinner on a ski trip and were very happy with the food, service and overall dining experience at firewood. Our server was super knowledgeable on the menu and the way that the chef prepares the food, so he was able to guide us in the right direction when it came to ordering. First off all the drinks we got were fabulous. We had an array of red wine, dirty, martinis, and old-fashioned. For an appetizer, we got a couple yellowtails which everyone loved and the Barada. For entrées, we had an array of the flank steak special and the Seabass. Everyone was super happy with what they ordered and we really enjoyed our experience!
This place is exceptional. Every time. Me and my husband have been here 3 times now and every time is something new, exciting and one of the best experiences. The food is top notch(some of the best I’ve ever had), the service is personable and everyone that works there is so knowledgeable and you can tell they love their job! Definitely my favorite dining spot in Park City.
The pork belly, lamb, and black cod stood out the most. Service was amazing (Branden I think was his name). The smoked trout toast was amazing too, and we finished all the dishes. The duck was just a bit chewy at the cooking point recommended.
