I always forget how much I love this restaurant! The food is creative, delicious and there are so many wonderful things to choose from. We came tonight to celebrate our 32nd anniversary and once again it did not disappoint! Our waiter, Dre, was excellent very friendly and gave us great suggestions and we had a nice chat about the New York Yankees! Both the hostess and our waiter wished us happy anniversary and took care of us well tonight. If you want an excellent meal in Park City, this is the place to come.

I loved the description of this place but I honestly have to say I was underwhelmed. The service was great but felt the food was lacking. While everything seemed fresh I just felt like the smaller portions were not worth the price. We started with the big eye tuna which was nice but to me was a strange combination with a brioche sweet bread. Then we had the cauliflower and funeral potatoes. The funeral potatoes would have been amazing with protein like lobster since the butter was over the top. Do we have Paula dean working here?

Nothing but bangers here. The stone fruit toast was delicious - love the mixup of having different tomatoes and the lightly grilled stone fruit. The pork belly bok choy was a great dish - love the grilled then stir fried texture and the hit of extra acidity with pickled enoki mushroom. Mushroom bolognese also was a huge hit for me and the wife. The chile oil added a nice little hit at the end. Somehow this dish will be the one I crave the most. Thank you Dex for the amazing hospitality. The way you walked us through every item and how to make the most of our trip in Park City was super memorable. Also shoutout to Caleb for coming out and explaining each dish and sharing what places to eat around the area. Extra points for explaining to us about Espelette!

Our server was amazing. She gave us detailed descriptions and recommendations that were spot on! The food was delicious. I love the menu. There are so many great choices and creative dishes! They also have an extensive bar and cocktail list. Great ambiance. Fantastic place for a date, dinner with friends, or a family gathering.
