Really wanted to love this place, ended up only liking it. We had a one bedroom suite: spacious, impressive kitchen, in room laundry and huge outdoor terrace. However, it’s showing its age a bit and oddly had a very small bed ( full, double twin ? Smaller than a queen). Just completely out of proportion with the rest of the room. This is a big property, very nice outdoor pool area for the summer season and views were terrific. We were there during a slow period and the hotel seemed woefully understaffed. Biggest complaint - the $40 per night resort fee. Realize this unfortunately isn’t unique to this property, but this seemed particularly egregious. Includes things like water in the lobby (!). Biggest potential benefit was the shuttle to Main St, but it only runs from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and must be booked in advance. Terrific views, but those aren’t a rarity in this area, will likely choose a different place for our next stay.

Beautiful hotel nestled in the mountains of Park City. Great pool and hot tubs. The staff is amazing. I would especially like to single out Griffin Whalen, who made my stay at the hotel very pleasant. I wasn’t skiing, so I spent a lot of time in the hotel lobby—reading and socializing. Griffin would always come over to ask if I needed anything, and most importantly, he was always in high spirits—a positive energy that was truly contagious. Thank you, Griffin, for making my stay a happier one.

We stayed here for Sundance, and the location was excellent. They offer a daily shuttle to Main Street from 5:00–10:30 pm, which made it easy to enjoy the festival. The staff was mostly accommodating and attentive. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and spacious. Complimentary coffee was only available for 2 hours, which felt a bit short. We didn’t try breakfast, but it was convenient to have an on-site restaurant. The lobby had a nice ambience, we also enjoyed the game room. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the festival.

The location is fantastic and the rooms rreally lovely - beautiful and spacious. But what made our stay amazing was the hospitality. We arrived late and the reception and restaurant in the hotel were so welcoming. Especially our server Lian at the restaurant and the manager Griffin were so kind and wonderful. Our last lunch again did not disappoint as our server Bogdan was attentive to our every need and such a lovely person. While this is a fantastic property to stay at, hands down the Hospitality is exceptional.

We are the best experience during a ski vacation at this hotel. The location is excellent and it is just a short walk down the hill to the Gondola. All the staff were extremely friendly. Hamza was especially amazing and made sure we had the best experience. He went out of his way to make it felt like a concierge experience; Great job and keep it up! Can’t wait to visit again.
