Le Depot is a vibrant French brasserie in the historic Union Pacific Railroad Depot at the intersection of Main Street and Heber Avenue. Operated by celebrated James Beard Chef Galen Zamarra, the restaurant draws inspiration from his time in France, where he worked alongside some of the world's most renowned French chefs. The menu will feature a modern approach to authentic French classics, including the elegant Plateau de Fruits de Mer, Roasted Bone Marrow, French wines, and an array of craft and non-alcoholic cocktails. After decades of serving as an iconic landmark, the Depot was restored in 1995 to house Robert Redford's renowned Zoom Restaurant, which closed in 2017. Under its new ownership by Reef Capital, Le Depot now brings fresh life to this cherished Park City building. Le Depot will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with a lively weekend brunch, making it the perfect spot for families, après ski romantic date nights, or a casual local hangout.

We had a really fun lunch in Park City today at Le Depot. Even though the weather was nice we opted to sit indoors and the ambience was lovely. Enzo was our waiter and he was great. We had the seafood tower, which is not normally something we’d get at lunch but it was the highlight! Especially the crab. We got the croque madam which was incredibly filling. We also had the burger & steak tartare. Both were great but next time we’d order something more French like ratatouille just because the French fare was so incredible. My son requested to go here for his birthday dinner, so I guess we’ll see you again soon lol

The food was incredible, especially for the price, and the service was some of the best I’ve ever had. They really made our anniversary celebration feel special. Bonus points for the wonderful presentation and almost everything on the menu being gluten free!

Excellent French bistro . Pleasant service and ambiance. Food was perfect . Baguette was crusty on the outside doughy and chewy on inside -perfect . Oysters were very fresh and streaks perfectly cooked , soft and juicy.

Brasserie 7452 absolutely nailed the balance between upscale dining and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. From the moment we sat down, it felt like one of those places you just know you’re going to enjoy—and it delivered across the board. I started with their Bloody Mary, and it was honestly one of the better ones I’ve had. Perfectly seasoned with a nice kick, smooth vodka base, and that little extra touch with the garnish and presentation that made it feel elevated without being overdone. You can tell they actually care about their cocktails here—it wasn’t just thrown together. For food, I went with the 7452 cheeseburger and fries, and wow… simple done right. The burger was juicy, cooked perfectly, and packed with flavor. The bun was soft but held everything together, and the toppings were fresh and balanced. The fries were crispy, golden, and exactly what you want alongside a solid burger—no complaints at all. It’s one of those meals that seems straightforward but is executed at a really high level. What really made the experience stand out, though, was our waiter, Bon. The guy was phenomenal—super attentive without hovering, friendly, and just had that natural ability to make you feel taken care of. He kept everything flowing smoothly, made great recommendations, and brought a great energy to the table. Overall, Brasserie 7452 is a spot I’d absolutely come back to. Great food, excellent drinks, and top-tier service—especially if you get Bon.

Incredible service, beautiful food presentations, and great wine list. They found a spot for me last min on a Saturday night and my server David was so helpful at pairing their wines with my food choices. Highly recommend their fois gras. Thanks Le Depot for a wonderful dinner experience on my short visit!
