This is a tough one. The location is spectacular! The room design was top notch! There were several things that made this stay hard. The garage would never unlock at night so we had to call the front desk and have him manually open it. He was kind, however, just make the keys work. The water pressure was terrible. The showers don’t spray enough to even rinse out hair. In the master they have double shower heads… great( but with no pressure you’ve got a problem. The hot tubs were not working correctly and there was no furniture on the deck. Hard to enjoy. Also, the cover to the hot tub was terribly heavy. We are not sure why we never received daily housekeeping. We put the service tag on the door and they only dropped off fresh towels. Don’t plan on having beds made etc. This was a let down as it is a hotel. You expect that service. We had toilets clog very easily. Also, the plugs to our nightstands wouldn’t work. They came to fix them but ultimately couldn’t as the bed was screwed to the wall. Also, the door to the master bedroom would not stay locked. It was broken. We got walked in on after having both doors locked. That was a fun surprise. The parking garage had sewage leaking into it and smelled our entire stay. Not ideal. These little things all add up and make a stay of this cost just not worth it. We had a pent house and paid for a pent house and had way too many issues. The positives… very kind employees, fun restaurants close by! Comfy beds! Beautiful rooms! Great shopping… free people, vuori, north face, etc!
We spent the night for our wedding and it was fantastic! Beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. We had a hot tub on our balcony and got to look right into the square downtown. Would definitely go again!
We stayed an entire week and had an amazing time. Rented the newly remodeled three bedroom unit with three huge bedrooms, two king beds and one queen. Each room had beautifully appointed large bathrooms (two had huge bathtubs!), a beautiful newly remodeled kitchen with an island, two sitting areas with huge 80” TVs, a large four person jacuzzi on the huge main deck AND A POOL TABLE off the main living room! And the best part was the fact that its located in the center of old town right on Main Street and walking distance to all the great restaurants. Also the Town Ski Lift is a five minute walk, which takes you right to the top of the Pay Day run! Also a great location in the summer with all the hiking and biking trails right there too! It’s was a perfect week. The Laidlaw Family.
Main & Sky has leveled up!!! What a facelift this beautiful hotel has gotten. Been coming for years and this is by far the best it's been. Not to mention the location cannot be bet. Can't wait to go back!
Amazing location right on main street. Personal Hot tub on balcony. Steps to town bus center. Beautiful large condo like rooms
