Thanks to our great bartender Shri and server/busser Prasad, our night at the fire pit was beyond our expectations! Everything was so cozy, and all the staff were incredibly attentive and polite. We’re definitely coming back soon! Highly recommend the Bavarian pretzels! 🥨 Also, the hostess Izzy (if I remember correctly) was so nice and helpful when I made the phone reservation, which made arranging our outdoor table seating so much easier!

My fiancé and I got engaged during our stay, and from the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely celebrated. They somehow knew our names, understood the significance of our visit, and went above and beyond to make the entire experience feel incredibly personal - all while keeping the proposal a surprise. Every interaction was thoughtful, warm, and sincere. Our room was absolutely incredible - beautiful, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. It was the perfect setting for such a special milestone and made our stay feel even more magical. We would especially like to thank Randi, Phil, Liza, Fernanda, and Taylor. While these are the names we remember, we're certain there were many others working behind the scenes who contributed to making our stay so unforgettable. The level of care, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality shown by every member of the team was unlike anything we've experienced before. We've been fortunate to travel extensively and stay at many beautiful hotels around the world, but nothing compares to the experience we had at Montage! Thank you for helping make one of the most important moments of our lives even more magical. We will always look back on our engagement with so much joy, and the Montage will forever be a part of that story. We can't wait to return to Montage Deer Valley to create more unforgettable memories together. After experiencing this level of hospitality, we also look forward to visiting other Montage properties in the future. If they're anything like Deer Valley, we know we're in for something truly special!

Terrible customer service at the restaurant. Way overpriced- ordered a glass of wine which cost $25.00. I can purchase a bottle of same wine for $22.00. I understand paying for views but a major hotel or addition is what we had to see at our table under construction. Valet attendants were over the top with hospitality and is why I gave a 3 star rather then 2

It's an experience but they saw we had a little baby and said they would rush to try and get us a room cause we showed up around 1230. They said to hang out in the lounge. Well we went and asked 2 times and said they're working on it. Got us in a double queen when we ordered a king and we couldn't fit a crib. No problem not a big deal the issue was that was at 330. They switched us into our room around 4. Which is check in. I gave 5 star when I wanted to do a 4 cause other people were great. Now I just asked for an hour late check out knowing obviously they gave it to other people I'm with and the people in the room I got into when I came and I was told nope. I said my daughters nap time is till 1230 and I was told absolutely no way. Not very accommodating and not very empathetic for a hotel of this caliber.. asking for a late check out on a Tuesday. Only not giving a 1 cause some people have been awesome like that lady in the shop and some of the valet. After I posted this they did accommodate a late check out so this it's my 3rd update. Lol ok full circle maxwell the bell staffs the man and so is that team. I think we just had one rigid bad apple but in the end we left with a great feeling and will come back

I recently stayed at the Montage Deer Valley for a business conference in October—just before ski season—and it was absolutely incredible. My suite was spacious and beautifully appointed, complete with two fireplaces and two full baths, making it feel more like a mountain residence than a hotel room. The food scene was top-notch, with exceptional service and variety at every meal. The bars offered an impressive selection of bourbons and wines, perfect for unwinding after meetings. Even without the snow, the setting was stunning and serene. I can only imagine how magical it must be in winter. Highly recommend!
