NOSH is a modern Mediterranean & Middle Eastern restaurant, with a focus on Israeli cuisine. Chef & owner Jason Greenberg has been in the restaurant industry for more than 20 years, first attending the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, then honing his skills at several of NY's best known restaurants including Nobu Downtown, Eleven Madison Park, & Mile End Delicatessen. Jason is passionate about sharing his unique cuisine with both visitors and residents of the Park City area.Upon moving to Utah in 2014, Jason began working at the St. Regis at Deer Valley, and also began a food stall at the Park Silly Market on Main St. every summer. And so the quest to create the perfect falafel was born. Now he is ready to share that falafel with everyone. And falafel is only the beginning. Taking inspiration from family, experience, and the vast NY food scene, NOSH's diverse menu includes both traditional and modern dishes, including many gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Offering both eat-in and take-out for lunch and dinner, Chef Jason hopes that everyone will be as enthusiastic about eating his food as he is about cooking it.

The food was good — definitely a plus. However, the overall experience was average. The atmosphere wasn’t very pleasant, and it didn’t feel very comfortable to stay inside. The service also needs improvement, as the staff felt quite cold and unfriendly. Overall, there’s room for improvement.

Excellent food. We got the Nosh Platter, Roasted Veggies w/Chicken, Greek Salad. Perfect combo to share for 4 people. I can see why this place gets such great reviews. Highly recommended. The bonus… it was the cheapest meal we had here in Park City. You will not be disappointed.

Nosh was a delectable experience! Excellent vibe, good service and incredible food. The Brussels were delicious, the loaded fries were bomb and my chicken hummus bowl was perfect. Definitely a must in PC!!!

Tasty meal. Friendly staff. The food was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the chicken bowl and roasted veggie bowl with sides of pita, chicken pita, roasted artichoke, fries, and matzo ball soup. Friends ordered the lamb and chicken platters and they were amazing too. Everything flavorful and fresh. Server and chef/owner very friendly. They offer a variety of drinks and desserts too.

For takeout, everything was prepared exceptionally well. Each platter had its unique combo of hummus, veg or unique toppings. Even baba ghanoush had interesting smoked flavor with fried eggplant chunks that tasted like potatoes. At the restaurant, I did notice 3 or 4 tables but very small. Regardless, no compromises with takeout presentation
