I had the best massage in my life at serenity Spa. My massage therapist was Okie. He was absolutely incredible. I went in with a lot of shoulder, pain and tension along with a stiff neck. He was masterful at relieving tightness in the neck and shoulders specifically.
Indulged in an exquisite Spa day to celebrate my birthday. Arrived early to enjoy the amenities (sauna, hot tub and steam showers)and properly prep my mind,body and soul for pampering. Shomara mastered the medium pressure I enjoy in a relaxing and rejuvenating massage sprinkling in some much needed trigger point techniques to get out those Knots. Next was my facial with Adara and her expertise was top notch. The coconut milk hydrating scalp treatment feels luxurious and smells amazing and we all need more head massages in our lives. The microcurrent treatment helps tone my facial muscles and applied with the gel hydrates and cools which is extremely refreshing on a 0% humidity day. Special shout out to front desk Mickeisha who was wonderful and inviting upon check in but also was my lifeline when I called to coordinate this spa day for me and my twin. Thank you Serenity spa for making our birthday extra special!!!!
Have been here twice for a massage and both times I had a great experience and the massage was amazing! The staff is super professional and friendly. The spa itself is just top notch! They have thought of everything! From the robe and sandals in your locker, down to almost every toiletry and essential that you could think of that you would need to get ready with after. I loved using the amenities here. They have a relaxation room, steam room, sauna, and (my favorite) the hot tub. I will definitely be back next time we visit Park City!
10/10 spa. The amenities included are very relaxing and elegant. I got the journey to wellness massage & facial, both were lovely. This was a very difficult week for me and they really tried their best to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Every single person working here has some of the best customer service I’ve seen in my entire life. I stayed here from 9:30 am to about 4 pm. It was about $500 for my full spa day, honestly would have paid more. Incredibly worth it, I will be coming back to westgate simply for this spa & Edge steakhouse. I’d like to mention the girls who did my massage and facial were such sweethearts. I appreciate their service and kindness more than they know.
