This is a classic story of a nice Park City Restaraunt that grown too big for its britches. I’m a local and have eaten here at least once or twice a year every year since they have open. I went there last night to enjoy dinner and listen to some live music for the setting is very lovely. However, I was not happy to hear they had a “special Fourth of July menu”. Basically, they got rid of the inexpensive items. The other items that are always on the menu had a price increase. To me this seems like they’re taking advantage of the tourists and screwing the locals. It’s very disappointed to see what they have become. Keep it up and I imagine you will not survive. However, if you want to pay for $11 beers and overpriced food, but listen to some nice music and a good setting this is the place for you Additionally, I was met with resistance from the server when I wanted to substitute one of the side dishes due to a allergy. I was told “we don’t do substitutions this weekend“

I'm gluten and dairy free. The Silver Star Cafe has a lot of options and the staff is respectful and cautious. The food is delicious! It's a beautiful location with mountain views. Highly recommend!

Our family stopped at Silver Star Café on our last day in Park City over Christmas break, and it ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip. As someone who has to be careful eating gluten-free, I can’t say enough about how comfortable and safe I felt here. They had multiple gluten-free options, and it never felt like an afterthought. I had the gluten-free French toast, which was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast potatoes were honestly some of the best I’ve had anywhere—crispy, flavorful, and completely addictive. The atmosphere makes this place even more special—warm, cozy, eclectic, artsy, and full of character, with beautiful mountain views that make the whole experience feel uniquely Park City. If you’re gluten-free and traveling through Park City, Silver Star Café is absolutely worth the stop. 📍 More gluten-free finds on Instagram: @glutenfreewithkeith

Coziest cute restaraunt in park city! Phenomenal and old fashioned service with a great farm to table menu with fun options and something for everyone. Wine was a bit pricey and not an amazing selection. But the food was incredible and hit the spot!! We loved the fried chicken and the mushroom dish. Great unique flavors and very filling and large portions. Super cute live music set up and just the best vibes for a date night.

Had a fabulous dinner here after a day of cross country skiing! Friendly and helpful staff, cozy environment & great views. I had the vegan parsnip soup and the seared elk burger, both were amazing! My son ordered off of the Price-Fixed Menu; he had the duck confit, blackened NY strip steak which was cooked to his liking and finished off with the salted caramel brownie with vanilla ice cream and said everything was fantastic! I will admit it is a little pricey but this was our "splurge" meal while on vacation and I feel it was worth it. Everything tasted fresh and was prepared well.
