Spitz - Mediterranean Street Food
Spitz, now a foodie-favorite, started as a simple concept. Two college kids from Minnesota and Utah, who wanted to bring a healthier, modern take on the Mediterranean food ubiquitous in the streets of Europe, to cities across America. Named after the classic vertical method for broiling proteins that ensures a flavorful rich taste, Spitz has grown to be more than just award winning food, great drinks, local craft beer and vibrant street art – we're now a part of the community. Adrian helped us with a catering order & was amazing to work with. We ordered the buffet option to be delivered for a group of 10 returning from a mtb ride and we were so happy with the quality and amount of food! It couldn't have been smoother. We returned home and everything was set up and ready to go. Will definitely order catering from them again. Thanks Adrian!!!!
We ate here for dinner and found the atmosphere very fun and casual. We got the original gyros and were not disappointed. They were flavorful and delicious. The service was also pretty fast.
The food was fresh and really good, and everything came out pretty fast. The place has a nice, easygoing vibe. Jhanny was super nice and attentive the whole time. She made sure we were taken care of and made the experience feel even better. I’d definitely go back.
I'm sure Spitz can be a great experience. I based my review from visits to similar venues in Germany. The food I ordered (Gyros) was not comparable. The son-in-law order the donar roll and was quite pleased. He felt everything was good. The rest of the adults (six others) had very mixed reactions and views.
Came out to Park city for work and found this spot. They make a great Gyro and the baklava with chocolate was delicious. The Gyro remix salad looks superb but I’m eating that later. Everything was fresh, the service was quick, the vibe was cool with classic rock playing with interesting artwork and displays around. I didn’t eat there but I would next time if I brought my wife. Clean place with awesome food give it a try. 100% recommended.
