I'm so grateful I discovered Stretch Lab Park City! After a tough ski season, I was feeling tight and sore. Maddison helped me with some amazing stretches that really loosened me up. I also tried their compression therapy, which was a game-changer for my recovery. Highly recommend for anyone in Park City looking to get back in shape!

I’ve been a client for 6 months, with one weekly 50 minute stretch. This place has changed my life, my pain level has decreased tremendously, my flexibility and balance are also drastically improved. In addition, it is my most relaxing hour of the week. I give it the highest possible review and highly recommend regular stretches at PC Stretch Lab.

StretchLab is a wonderful place to go for assisted stretching. Conveniently located in Kimball Junction, with ample parking, it is a great place to include in your regular routine for health and fitness. The feeling after a session of stretching is like the feeling after a massage—really great. Love that they are in Park City! Highly recommend!

Absolutely a MUST to have done! I pulled a glute skiing and this was the best way to have it released! Professional and very nice staff! The owner called me back promptly. Also far less expensive than a massage. Bought a package special.

I’m a massage therapist and yoga teacher myself and understand the benefits of passive stretching vs. active stretching. I had the pleasure of my first session being with Gretchen and she was just phenomenal. Even with the massage and yoga I’ll definitely be back regularly. It’s like an oil change but for your body not your car and it’s fantastic. Will be doing this regularly for sure!
