We absolutely loved our stay at The Chateaux! Our rooms were beautiful, and we really enjoyed all of the lovely amenities. I truly appreciate all of the little touches that make the Chateaux feel so special. Our gratitude to Travis, Sharon, Brianna, and Temple, who all played a part in making the Chateaux feel like home during our stay. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit.

I recently stayed at Chateaux Deer Valley while attending an art event, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially loved the fireplace, which made the room feel cozy and inviting after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot chocolate available at the property was a nice touch. One of my favorite features was the complimentary s'mores kits available at the front desk. Guests can take them to the fire pits near the pools on the second level, which made for a fun and memorable evening experience. The restaurant was excellent, and the pizza was surprisingly delicious. Another unique touch was the property's scavenger hunt. Guests can search for Chateaux wooden coasters hidden around the resort, and if you find one, you receive a free pizza. It was a creative way to encourage guests to explore the property and made lunch even more enjoyable. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions. The only downside of my stay was the $40 per night parking fee. This was not clearly disclosed before my arrival and came as an unwelcome surprise at check-in. While I understand that resort properties often charge for parking, unexpected fees can significantly impact the overall value of a stay. That said, the accommodations, amenities, staff, and unique guest experiences made for a very enjoyable visit. I would gladly stay here again, though I would appreciate more transparency regarding parking costs upfront.

The Chateaux is a really nice hotel and has everything you can ask for. The room service is really nice and your room is always clean. The food is delicious and the views of the mountain are insane. If you come to Deer Valley you should really stay here.

Absolutely amazing! We were in for a business trip and The Chateaux was beyond phenomenal. We had adjoining rooms booked, and it was like a luxury apartment with a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, laundry, a balcony, two full fireplaces, a main bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living room. Very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer. The resort is full of amazing amenities and very friendly staff. Jono and Brian were the shuttle drivers we encountered and I can’t rave enough about them! Thank you S. E., The Chateaux and Park City. Your hospitality is unmatched!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend, and it was phenomenal! The staff were consistently polite and quick to help. We used the provided shuttle service to get to Main Street—it was easy to use and far more convenient than trying to find parking. The pool was amazing; we had a hard time getting our kids out of it. The temperature was perfect, and the views were incredible. Our suite was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this resort, especially if you’re bringing kids. They also offer additional outdoor activities we didn’t have time to try, including cornhole, s’mores, fire pits, and fountains. What a great experience!
