My wife, Diane was diagnosed with stage four ovarian cancer in March of 2024. We struggled and suffered through six rounds of chemotherapy, and the accompanying nausea, bloating, heartburn, and extreme fatigue. We then enjoyed over twelve months of blissful remission. When Diane was diagnosed with a recurrence of her cancer in January of 2026, we vowed that this round of chemotherapy would be different. Our journey of looking for options to get through this better led us to Upgrade Labs. From the day we signed on with Paige, she and Kristen, the owner, have dedicated themselves to helping Diane get through these chemo rounds with better energy and less discomfort. With their guidance, Diane has taken advantage of Pemf, “the big squeeze “, metabolic trainer , red light therapy, and even the shaking machine for lymphatic benefit. The experience has been phenomenal in two ways. Diane’s energy level is at least twice the level as last time with chemo, and her discomfort level went from unable to get off the couch to doing a minimum of thirty minutes walking each day. The other aspect of Diane’s experience has been the unbelievably positive environment we experience every single time we go (which is typically three to five times a week). The atmosphere is bright and cheery, and the staff is off the charts helpful, positive, and incredible in every way. Every member of the Upgrade Labs staff goes out of their way to make sure we have a great experience each time we visit. In addition, they have been amazingly accommodating in allowing our many guests who visit my ailing wife to participate with us, which just adds to the positivity. This makes us not feel guilty about doing what is good for Diane by going to Upgrade when we have company in town. My 94 and 90 year old parents loved it!!! They felt rejuvenated. Thank you to all of the upgrade staff for providing us with an incredible release and relief each time we visit!

I was passing through Park City and popped into Upgrade Labs. Kristen and her team were amazing. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and very welcoming. I have been back 3 times since, trying the Red Light therapy, Big Squeeze, Cyro and PEMF. Each time the team explained the treatment and tailored it to my needs. When my girlfriend came with me they helped her overcome her trepidation of the crypo and made sure she had a great experience too. I can’t recommend Kristen and Upgrade Labs Park City highly enough.

The best place to truly recover and address anti-aging from the outside in. They offer a variety of machines that help facilitate these processes, and you definitely feel upgraded when you leave. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable about the different modalities and services they provide. If you are looking for a unique experience in the wellness space, this is the place to visit. ✨

I was kinda skeptical at 1st. They let me try the 3 services that they offer among other ones. Decided to join and am grateful I did. Each time I leave my body feels rejuvenated. Highly recommend this place. The staff are so helpful and absolutely wonderful. Here are 3 of the services they offer.

Two of us had a trial pass for three services and it was great! The red light therapy was very relaxing while PEMF targeted areas that hold a lot of stress. Finally, we forgot the name, but the suits that inflate applied pressure that felt great after a hard workout earlier in the day. I felt better circulation for sure after this specific service. Jason who was with us the entire time was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly, big shoutout to him! Will be back!
