Edit after business response: Please see the business's response. They clearly didn't read my review in full, which disappoints me. To state that " I didn't have a good experience" well a. it was the 4th order mistake in 6 months. all of which were not small errors. b. It was not my experience that wasn't good, it wasn't like I said, I don't like lemon in my dressing. I literally spent 45 minutes picking up someone else's food, that had no protein and wasn't what I ordered or what I could eat. Additionally, I completed their online customer contact on that date and have not heard back. This business needs to stop their growth until they can get better processes and people in place. Original review: This The food is amazing, if they can get your order right, which is about %50 of the time. I had the 4th mistake this year, after driving round trip 30 minutes to order. Waiting 15 minutes and being handed NO protein and a bunch of veggies, which I currently can't eat. So much is right about this place but one major thing is wrong and they can't get it right. Don't take a to go order without checking every single container. I am now not having dinner and throwing away good food I can't eat while someone else got something they can't eat. It wasn't busy and the staff was chatting away instead of paying attention. My order was delayed as they were waiting on cauliflower that they were standing right next to that was completely full (2 different people.)I had to point out it was ready. They didn't even have the rest of the food ready while waiting for that. I always tip and my order is clear. Why is this so hard? I asked them last time they made this mistake to update their processes and staple a receipt to the sack and they said that didn't work for their processes. They need a new manager. All he did was refund my money but I still have no dinner and wasted an 45 minutes of my life.

Wish I'd gotten I picture of my dish before gobbling it up! I was delighted my salad didn't have any lettuce (IYKYK), was very flavorful, and plentiful. The counter service by the general manager was swift and precise. Happy there were some alcoholic beverage offerings along with plain water. The inside/outside dining areas were clean and tidy. Overall, very good!

Ordered Naan Tacos from their catering menu for a work meeting. Food was ready at the scheduled time. Only got one order of falafel which disappeared in a hurry. It was really good and I should have ordered more. Braised beef was really good too. Tahini is kind of bland, so I wish I had doubled up on the Fresno Aioli instead of getting double Tahini. What do you expect though? I was ordering from somewhere new. Great food and the whole team was happy.

We just found Vessel Kitchen and can't get enough! We've been to 2 locations in 3 days and absolutely love it. The food tastes so clean. Everything is clearly labeled so it's easy for me to order with allergies.

I brought my kid for lunch and we both really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The restaurant looks super clean and the food was delicious. My salad had great ingredients.
