We just found Vessel Kitchen and can't get enough! We've been to 2 locations in 3 days and absolutely love it. The food tastes so clean. Everything is clearly labeled so it's easy for me to order with allergies.

I came in this Sunday around 6pm during one of the busiest rushes I’ve ever seen, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the cashier working at that time. Despite how insanely busy it was, she was beyond patient, calm, and genuinely kind. She never once rushed me, never showed stress, and made me feel like I had her full attention the entire time. It was pretty loud inside, but she went out of her way to make sure I heard everything clearly, understood all my options, and that my order was completely correct. She answered every single question I had with so much patience and positivity, which is rare to see during a rush like that. On top of the incredible service, my food came out shockingly fast and was extremely fresh and delicious. Everything was made perfectly, and you could tell real care went into it. The whole experience stood out so much that I felt the need to leave this review. Customer service like this is not easy to find, especially during peak hours, and she absolutely nailed it. Whoever was working the register at that time deserves major recognition she made my entire visit better.

I had a great experience with the service at vessel kitchen on Monday, I came from Salt Lake City to ski and stopped by to try something new. The service was great the cashier was very lovely Lizzy understood exactly what to recommend to me and my wife we loved the pita and the Peruvian green sauce! I would definitely recommend adding as a stop when visiting park city

I brought my kid for lunch and we both really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The restaurant looks super clean and the food was delicious. My salad had great ingredients.

Vessel Kitchen was very cooperative, even when I made a mistake in ordering and they made it right. I found it was very easy to get a great family meal without much advanced notice. The food was delicious. The kids enjoyed it and the adults, including the Foodies, all had great things to say. everyone had a great meal.
