Great experience all the way through! We only stayed one night as part of a cross-country road trip but we left with a wonderful experience. While the rooms were slightly dated and the full kitchen setup that obviously works more for family ski trips during Winter months didn't come in handy at all for us as a couple, the furnishing was neat and the decor all matched the design aesthetic of the entire property. The best part by far however were the people. Big shout out to Dallin and Andra especially for arranging our small request on such short notice and pulling through! Dallin went above and beyond and even showed us to our room with a short room tour, and Andra gave us excellent advice on our activities planning & itinerary. Everyone else whom we crossed paths with were energetic and always eager to help. The restaurant Powder has amazing food as well (the carrots side were literally the best I've ever had). I highly recommend checking them out regardless of staying at the hotel or not. We look forward to returning in the near future!

My day at the Waldorf Astoria Park City was exactly what I had hoped for. This beautiful mountain property offers a peaceful escape with thoughtful amenities throughout the experience. From complimentary valet parking to poolside SPF lotion, ice water, after-sun lotion, healthy snacks, refreshments, and teas in the spa relaxation room, every detail is designed to help guests unwind. The experience began with a warm welcome from the valet team, followed by a friendly and efficient spa check-in. I was then given a tour of the facilities by a knowledgeable staff member who answered my questions and made me feel comfortable from the start. The spa facilities are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with amenities including towels, slippers, and even deodorant spray in the locker rooms. The pool area is spacious with attentive staff available for food and beverage service, along with two hot tubs and a wonderful dry sauna that shouldn't be missed. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable day surrounded by the beauty of Park City. The combination of attentive service, well-appointed facilities, and a tranquil mountain setting made for an experience that felt both luxurious and effortless.

The Waldorf Astoria Park City in Park City, Utah set the standard for luxury from the moment we arrived. The location is outstanding, but what truly sets this property apart is the service. You expect exceptional hospitality at a Waldorf Astoria, yet the team somehow managed to exceed those already high expectations. My husband is a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and we were celebrating our anniversary as well as our first trip to Utah. The hotel made the occasion feel truly special. We were upgraded to a spectacular two-bedroom, three-bathroom duplex suite with a full-size washer and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. Every bedroom, along with the living room and private terrace, featured its own fireplace. Roasting marshmallows for s’mores on the terrace was one of the highlights of our stay. The pool was refreshing after a day of exploring, and I especially enjoyed a peaceful yoga class with Mary by the pool. The concierge team, especially Andra, Dallin, and Elle, went above and beyond in planning our week. They arranged a guided hike to Blood Lake with John and a lakeside lunch that became one of the highlights of our Utah vacation. Their thoughtful handwritten anniversary card was a personal touch we’ll always remember. The valet team deserves special recognition. I can honestly say I’ve never experienced a more efficient valet service. They were consistently friendly, welcoming, and had our vehicle ready in no time. The complimentary shuttle to Main Street was another fantastic amenity that made getting around Park City effortless. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a memorable Park City experience, take my word for it and look no further.

We had a wonderful Anniversary trip. The spa team is spectacular. Elle and the concierge team was spot on with every request. It was amazing that every time we left the room when we came back it was refreshed and ready for our return. A special shout out to Dallan who made us feel so special with special touches. This place really knows how to pay attention to detail we can't wait to come back!!

We stayed in February 2026. It was the most spectacular vacation ever. The very definition of luxury service from the moment we arrived all the way through checkout. The spa is world-class, my wife enjoyed a self-care day while I took the kids skiing. She was absolutely glowing with the amenities that are offered. They have an on-site dedicated ski rental service, Ski Butlers, who also manage their ski valet and it was the most convenient rental experience we have ever had. They were very attentive to families with small children and we felt personally valued. The food that is offered at the resort is above-grade even for Park City, with delicious options for all palates! The entire experience was a blessing and we can’t wait to return!
